CBRE Deal IQ

Deal IQ is an internal, enterprise web application for CBRE brokers to organize and prioritize client data, prospects, notes, tasks, and more.

Background

A VP of CBRE Seattle needed a platform for their brokers to efficiently manage their prospects and associated data. They decided to work with Fresh Consulting where I worked as a Lead Front-End Engineer at that time. As a project lead representing Fresh Consulting, I managed the product life cycle with the client, primarily responsible for the Front-End stack.

I collaborated directly with the client, a Vice President at CBRE, to plan and execute the entire app development lifecycle from start to finish. I led a team of engineers from both the consulting company and CBRE, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of results. Additionally, I managed the entire front-end deployment process, including handling complex pull request management using the Gitflow Workflow.
