A VP of CBRE Seattle needed a platform for their brokers to efficiently manage their prospects and associated data. They decided to work with Fresh Consulting where I worked as a Lead Front-End Engineer at that time. As a project lead representing Fresh Consulting, I managed the product life cycle with the client, primarily responsible for the Front-End stack.
- Worked directly with the client, a VP at CBRE, to plan and execute the app development life cycle from start to finish
- Lead a team of engineers from both the consulting company and the CBRE to deliver results together
- Managed all the Front-End deployment process including complex PR management using Gitflow Workflow.
